Symptoms

Customer is attempting to change the due date on transactions
Customer is able to change some but not others.
Manage Administrator Profile Values And search for : AR_UPDATE_DUE_DATE Set at Site level.
No collections documents attached to transaction
TRX_DATES are within the From/To dates of the payment terms. from Manage Receivables Payment Terms
