Goal

Unable to manually change cost center in Requisition charge account for Category based Requisition

Steps to reproduce:


#1) Requisition Created for category = AAAAAA and saved
#2) Charge Accounting getting generated as per rule definition as ##.####.##.######.##.####
#3) When user wanted to change the cost center from aaaa to bbbb, it is getting populated in the charge account field, however upon saving system does not accept the change and reverts it back to the one derived by the rule.
