Certain Tax Officer Number does not appear in LOV in Supplier site >General tab

Tax office needs to be displayed in LOV

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier Site
2. Gneral
3. Tax Officer Number does not display 'tax' Value
