IB Shipment Created With LPN Number In Lower Case RF LPN Receipt Screen Does Not Allow To Receive

Symptoms
IB(Inbound) Shipment created with LPN(License Plate Number) number in lower case. But LPN Receipt screen does not allow to receive.
IB Shipment - ASN245021 has LPNs with lower case characters -- eg: "400160453701_awad"
While scanning the LPN barcode, the RF(Radio Frequency) device appears to convert it to upper case and fails validation.
We have set the following Company parameters:
1) Company parameter : BARCODE_VALID_CHARS; Value should be : "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzA-Z0-9./,-_\s/"
2) Company Parameter : ALLOW_BARCODE_LOWER_CASE; value should be :"yes"
