Fusion Global HR: Emp Mass Updates Did Not Change The Employee Assignment (Doc ID 2774517.1)

Perform Mass Assignment Change using Manage in Spreadsheet option does not update Position and Job in the Assignment record.

When updating the spreadsheet by double click the cell and select the value (such as position and job in this case) from the popup search window and submit the sheet it works and Assignment Details of the Person Management UI is updated, but when copying the same value (even if from previously selected cell at the same sheet) and paste it for another person doesn't work for this person at the same mass update action.

Assignment Details in the Employment page should reflect the changes done in Mass Update when Proposed Job/ Position is copied into the spreadsheet cell (instead of double click and select from LOV).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Mass Update
2. Go to Person Management
3. Employment
4. Assignment History shows 'No attribute changes found.' under Changed Attributes column.

The issue has the following business impact:
Does not impact Payroll for the company.
