Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Error While Trying To Create Rich Text Editor DFF (Doc ID 2774683.1)

When selecting the "Rich Text Editor" for the Display Type field in the DFF (Descriptive Flexfields) segment page an error appears:

The display type value RICH_TEXT_EDITOR is not valid. (FND-2882)

In application 10503, descriptive flexfield WLF_LEARNING_ITEM, and global segment testdff1, the display type is invalid.
