Fusion Global Payroll -Create Accounting Error - The combination of division, cost centre, natural account and interco is not valid (Doc ID 2774807.1)

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Global Payroll

Have created around 20 new elements and have added element costing for all these element eligibility with Cost Account and Offset Account Details.
Element Costing Details for "Life Assurance Deduction Results" element and this element is assigned to an employee,
On the Costing Results for the employee, the debit account details are shown correctly. But the Credit account details are considering employee Home Center account instead of the Cost Account given at the element eligibility, thus the Create accounting process is raising an error

The account 100-7275-200754-800-GBR-000-000 is invalid. You must review the error: Rule #30 The combination of division, cost centre, natural account and interco is not valid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define element, set-up costing at element eligibility level
2 Assign element entry to employee
3. Process payroll
4. Review costing results
