Question: How to trigger a groovy for Service Request when the status changes to Closed?
Scenario: Currently using an AfterFieldChanged for the OOTB Status field at Service Request Object to check if NEW status equals Closed, and based on this a script should be executed. This trigger works with any status but not with the Closed (it was tested with In Progress and Resolved statuses).
