GROOVY SCRIPT IS NOT GETTING TRIGGERED WHEN SERVICE REQUEST GET CLOSED (Doc ID 2774989.1)

Last updated on MAY 17, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud Service - Version 11.13.21.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Service Request

Question: How to trigger a groovy for Service Request when the status changes to Closed?

Scenario: Currently using an AfterFieldChanged for the OOTB Status field at Service Request Object to check if NEW status equals Closed, and based on this a script should be executed. This trigger works with any status but not with the Closed (it was tested with In Progress and Resolved statuses).
