Goal

Why does IDCS Linux PAM not work with SOACS?

PAM has been configured as instructed in:

Administering Oracle Identity Cloud Service, Manage Linux Authentication using the Linux-PAM Module - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/identity-cloud/uaids/manage-linux-authentication-using-linux-pam-module.html

However, it doesn't login with the IDCS ID and it keeps prompting for the password which is always entered correctly.

The same configuration for PAM works on all other OCI instances except the SOACS instance.
