Error When Importing ContractCoveredAssets (Doc ID 2775063.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Service Contract

When attempting to update covered asset through import management , the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
A matching record of type INV_UNITS_OF_MEASURE_B can't be found using the value of the attribute PriceUomCode provided, or the matching record isn't active. Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it isn't active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create data file to update the covered asset end date
2.use import management to update the covered asset
3.Import will be failed with above error message
