Symptoms


After 21B Update, when attempting to access BI Answers, the following error occurs.
A blank page appears:

 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Reports and Analytics > Browse Catalog
3. A new tab opens but bi does not load

Customer tested with two different users and same behavior occurred.
They can run reports through SUI
They could access http://<HOST>/xmlpserver

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot access BI Answers
