Fusion Global HR: Onboarding - Error When Move Completed I9 To Document Record (Doc ID 2775129.1)

Symptoms

Onboarding - Error message when clicking Upload to move completed I9 to Document Record

Users reporting error message when clicking Upload Document in Onboarding task "I-9 Verification Status".
They are able to successfully complete "Verify Colleague Details for I-9 Processing" where they complete I9 Part 2 with vendor (HireRight).

Next task "I-9 Verification Status" Onboarding Location support is able to see status has returned from HireRight.
Error Occurs when clicking Action Button and selecting "Upload Document" task.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employees initiates I-9 verification and all steps are complete
2. As a final step, Action > "Upload to Document of records" Errors
