Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Manage Orders

When user is updating the Warehouse on Header it doesn't cascade to Line level for orders imported from webservice.

Steps To Reproduce -
1. Create Sales order via webservice.
2. Query Order and Select Warehouse on Header.
3. Save the order, but lines are not updated with warehouse.
