"<Company Name> Already exists. Enter a unique value." Error Message Is Displayed When Attempting To Add New Company In Primavera Administration

When the Cloud Administrator of an Oracle hosted OCI cloud environment attempts to add a new Partner Company under the Owner Company, the following Errors are displayed.
"<Company Name> Already Exists. Enter a unique value.
<Company Shortname>: Already exists. Enter a unique value"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Cloud Environment
- From the Primavera Portal page, click on "Primavera Administration".
- Click on "Manage Companies" node > Click "+Add" > Type in the new company information and try to Save.
- The errors referenced above are displayed.
