After Migration from GBUCS Cloud to OCI Cloud, Business Process Record Attachment Not Being Sent With Email For Approval

A Business Process (BP) Record at the an Approval Step was sent to a Unifier user for completion of this task. The user performs approvals via email and does not log into Unifier and therefore must be able to view the BP Record details in the attachment. However, when the user received the email the BP record PDF was not attached to the email.
The Task Email that is sent to the user for Approval should have the BP Record form attachment included when it is sent to the recipient.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Unifier Environment.
- Navigate to the Project/Shell where the BP has been enabled > BP upper node > Specific BP node > Open a BP record > Process the record to Approval Step > Send to Task assignee.
- The Task Assignee receives the Task Email but the record form data attachment was not included, or was stripped off of the email during transmission.
