Symptoms

FIFGLDN3 batch write the unmapped GL Account errors to TRAN_DATA_ERRORS table.

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Run FIFGLDN3 batch
2. Make sure the GL account mapping is missing.
3. Note the missing account entry related errors is not written in any of the tables.
