Symptoms

When attempting to connect to Primavera Data Service (PDS), the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Requested IP is not registered in allowed IP List
Status 403 Forbidden

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Open Postman or other similar tool
  2. Create a query to connect to PDS
  3. Input username/password
  4. Click Send
  5. Error occurs
