Symptoms

We have a requirement where we need to setup email templates specific to Business Units, Whenever we are trying to access "Manage Service Email Templates For Business Unit" task an error message is shown with the message "An Application Error has occurred. See the incident log for more information, ORA-00001:unique constraint(FUSION.SVC_BU_PROFILE_VALUES_U1) violated". Attaching below screenshot for your reference.


Steps to replicate this issue are as follows
1.Login with admin user
2.Go to setup and maintenance->Manage service email templates for business unit
3.Select a specific Business unit->save
4.An error message will be shown.

Error:

"An Application Error has occurred. See the incident log for more information, ORA-00001:unique constraint(FUSION.SVC_BU_PROFILE_VALUES_U1) violated"
