Getting the below error while loading external transaction manually from a spreadsheet:

The request 'Load Interface File for Import'- ended in Error
The child request 'Load file to interface' -  ended in Warning

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table CE_EXT_TRX_INTERFACE, column DESCRIPTION.
no terminator found after TERMINATED and ENCLOSED field
Record 2: Rejected - Error on table CE_EXT_TRX_INTERFACE, column DESCRIPTION.
no terminator found after TERMINATED and ENCLOSED field

Table CE_EXT_TRX_INTERFACE:
4 Rows successfully loaded.
2 Rows not loaded due to data errors.
0 Rows not loaded because all WHEN clauses were failed.
0 Rows not loaded because all fields were null.
