ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer has hundreds of users with Office 365 plugin on their email but only few users are showing on the usage report. Why?

Expected to see more users and need clarification on "# of Active Days" metric

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Custom report based on the below query
