OSF: "Internal Server Error" Error or 500 Error in Admin Preview and Storefront (Doc ID 2775946.1)

Symptoms

Seeing "Internal Server Error" for Storefront https://<TENANT_ID>-store.occa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/ and Admin Preview https://<TENANT_ID>-admin.occa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/occs-admin/preview.
No calls found with 500 error in browser's Dev Tools > Network.

Reproducible Steps
1. Log into occs-admin and open Preview
or
1. Bring up Storefront

Changes

 A newly created environment with OSF enabled.  "core-commerce-reference-store" application was deployed.
