Symptoms

When running consolidation in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service(FCCS), it failed with an error "Network error [104]: Failed to receive data"

Changes

 After un-deploying Config consolidation rule or insertion rule, the error may not occur when running the consolidation. When deploying it again, consolidations may fail with same errors.
