Not All Data Appears in a Business Process after New Fields Are Added (Doc ID 2775994.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In an Initial Cash Flow Plan Business Process, the expected data is visible in the Line Items but not in the Log.  The same elements are being used in Item Logs and Line Items.  Also once the record is submitted, the Sub-Total and Amount fields are visible in the form.  The formula "Total Net Payable Amount (INR) = Sub-Total (INR) + TCS Amount" is not being reflected in the Log as well as the Line item for the BP.  This issue only occurs in older records, and cannot be reproduced in newer records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The correct values show in both the Line Item and the Log.

Changes

New Data Element fields were added after the initial creation of the BP.
