Oracle Cloud Hosted Unifier OCI Environment Cannot Be Accessed Or User Sessions End Unexpectedly, Both May Result in Error 500 (Doc ID 2776145.1)

Symptoms

There have been intermittent issues logging into the Oracle hosted OCI cloud environments and/or users who are currently logged in may be kicked out of their session. Both new and existing user sessions may result in the error below being displayed in the session. The issue may be sporadic with users able to login for a few minutes and then they are kicked out of the session. The following error messages can be displayed in both cases.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open supported web browser
  2. Enter OCI Cloud environment URL (Ex:  https://oraclecloud.com/<customername> , https://us1.oraclecloud.com/<customername>, https://eu1.oraclecloud.com/<customername>, etc.)
  3. At log in prompt, enter user credentials.
  4. Either the user will not be able to access Unifier, or upon accessing, they will be kicked out of the session prematurely.
