ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading to Release 21B, application tasks are missing from the LOV on the Checklist Template UI. This only occurs for users not tied to any person record. If the user account is associated with a person record then all application tasks are visible.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All users should be able to see the application tasks in the Checklist Template UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup & Maintenance > Search for "Checklist Templates"
2. Create/edit a checklist template > Verify some application tasks are missing when logged in as an implementation user
