Symptoms

PBCS issue : Data Exchange menu doesnt respond


When they navigate to Data Exchange and it doesn't respond. The page just keeps spinning. The menu burger icon at the top left also disappears. They tried restarting the pod to no effect.

There is no way they can provide feedback.
