System Tries To Create Multiple Policy Accounts For Account Definition Under Same Policy (Doc ID 2776224.1)

Symptoms

When a policy account definition of level Policy is linked to multiple enrollment products with auto-created set to yes and a policy has to have more than one of these enrollment products as part of either new policy creation or policy update, the system tries to create new accounts which is incorrect and hence ends up returning an error.
