Goal

With version 19.1.001 upgrade, a new attribute on the Product Org Attributes, the "Item Loc Status" is added. However, this attribute presents the item status in terms of "A", "I", etc and there is no description associated to the attribute.
Users requires to have the description also available along side this attribute.
