Symptoms
When attempting to add a line to a Blanket Purchase Agreeement (BPA) the following error occurs.
ERROR

Cannot invoke method multiply() on null object
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Procurement > Purchase Agreements, create a new BPA
2. Add one line to the BPA
3. Save BPA and observe error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add lines to any BPA
