Custom Packing Slip Report Is Not Displaying Data For A Facility And Returning A Blank Report (Doc ID 2776712.1)

Symptoms

Custom Packing Slip Report is not displaying data for 1 facility (XXX) and returning blank report output. Able to run the report successfully in other facilities (UUU and CCC).

Custom Report - Packing Slip – Displays Customer, Order and Serial Information on the report.
Users use Outbound Load Screen to run this report -> Select the Load Number -> Click Export Shipment Packing List.

- Report is displaying blank when submitted through facility XXX. Whereas report is working fine for facilities UUU & CCC.
- Ex - Load Number -> MULTISO11
