How can we incorporate 2nd and 4th Saturday into the work schedule setup?

We are in the process of configuring work schedules and as a prerequisite, we have create the below:

The culprit is here when we create shifts and try to select the shift as weeks unable to enter number as 3 and weeks.

Our requirement is such: Employee has to apply 1st and 3rd Saturday and he could avail or work 10 days in 3 weeks .
