Unable To See Data On Some MRCHI Tabs (Doc ID 2776754.1)

Symptoms

End-users having role with DOCUMENT_INQUIRY_DUTY and Document Maintenance, are able to attach files to documents but not able to see data on certain tabs of the same invoice.
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1) Sign on to Invoice Matching
  2) The items/tax/non_merch tabs on document view screen have no data
