Symptoms

Incorrect WAC calculation for US stores when Tran code 62 (Freight claim) is posted.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create allocation shipment for US stores. 
2. Post another transaction so that WAC at to location and from location is recalculated.
3. Post Freight claim for shipment created in step1.
4. Validation WAC at to location. It is calculated using from location current WAC.
