listRedirects Does Not Return Active Redirect (Doc ID 2776787.1)

This is about the OCC redirect, that is, both the redirect original and target URLs are within OCC domain, not the Akamai redirect. 

Sometimes you may need to update or delete an active redirect. In this case, you first need to call following listRedirect to find the redirect so you can use its id to perform update or delete:

However, the response may not contain the active redirect you are looking for.
