Unable to create/update Account/Contact FCL fields with double quotes for null values (Doc ID 2776958.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

We are trying to create/update a account/contact if we pass the double quotes("") for FCL Fields then the request is failing. The issue is happening for custom and standard FCL fields.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. create a contact with the WS: <Host>/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/contacts

Request Payload:
{
"FirstName": "xxxx",
"LastName": "xxx",
"Gender":""
}

Method: POST

Response:
Applying List binding LOV_Gender with given set of values leads to multiple matching rows for a row of type:Contact, key oracle.jbo.Key.
