Why Using Multi Field Barcode When Receiving Does Not Generate Serial Nbrs For All Units Received? (Doc ID 2777101.1)

Goal

Using multi field barcode to receive does not generate serial# for all items that where scanned.

For example:
RF-Text: Recv {lpn} Shipment FA Receive ASN(Advanced shipment notice)
scan shipment # JMPFA004421
scan LPN 1054R50290460180000XXXX3
scan SKU: multi field barcodes

Once all skus(Stock Keeing Units) have been scanned user ends shipment. Go to IBLPN screen filter lpn(license plate number)# 1054R50290460180000XXXX3 eventhough 10 skus where scanned via receiving only 8 received shown on IBLPN screen. Click view serial numbers(8) able to see serial #s:

80002700701054R50200015
80002700701054R50200016
80002700701054R50200017
80002700701054R50200018
80002700701054R50200019
80002700701054R50200020

Why serial #s 80002700701054R50200013 and 80002700701054R50200014 did not receive?
