'Internal Server Error' Pops Up When User Selects Purchase Order on the SOCS Mobile UI (Doc ID 2777172.1)

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release. This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.


On Retail Store Operations Cloud Service (SOCS) mobile UI, when attempting to open Purchase Order with containers containing items with multiple supplier country associations, the following error occurs.


Internal Server Error

Server log:

2021-05-12 22:20:46,069 ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'][o.r.s.m.s.r.PurchaseOrderMobileResource_f3c3xc_Impl] Error occurred during service invocation.

ERROR-707 Time: 5/12/21 10:20 PM Type: SimServerException Message: Supplier <XXXXXX>and country CN not found for item <XXXXXX>


Steps to Reproduce





SOCS Mobile UI

1. Select Shipping & Receiving > Purchase Order
2. Search for PO using external ID
3. Click on the PO when it comes up on the list
