Symptoms

When logging in to Unifier the following errors occur.

ERROR
-----------------------
500 Internal Server Error
The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier, receive error above.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: system is not usable.
