Customer Order Cancellation Message Failed for an Item Having Zero Stock (Doc ID 2777379.1)

Symptoms

Cancel customer order fails with below error message

ERROR

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call
RMSSUB_FULFILORD.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Item xxxxxxx does not exist in the
TSFDETAIL table. Customer order no xxxxx-xxx, Fulfill order no xxxxx.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a customer order for 2 items where source  location is warehouse and fulfill location is store. Make sure that one of the items has 0 stock on hand in the warehouse .
2. Check the ORDCUST_DETAIL table and notice that both items are there. Check the TSFDETAIL table and notice that only the item with available inventory is added.
3. Send a cancellation message for the item with 0 stock on hand. Error is returned that the item does not exist in TSFDETAIL.
