Field RET_AUTH_NUM in RTV_HEAD table is set to Null during Integration

After creating a return to vendor(RTV) in UI, when RTV webservice is called the field RET_AUTH_NUM in the RTV_HEAD table is set to null.
Steps to Recreate:
- Create and approve an RTV via front-end
- Call the IGS webservice for the RTV created previously, without the field RET_AUTH_NUM
- Observe that the RTV_HEAD table having STATUS_IND = 15 and RET_AUTH_NUM is set to NULL
