 On :  11.13.21.01.0 version, Global Payroll

Run Payroll interface for ADP Global Payroll fails with

ERROR

javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Read timed out
javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Read timed out

STEPS
---------
1. My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow.
2. Choose Legislative Data Group
3. Submit Run Payroll interface for ADP Global Payroll
