Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employee is enrolled in a medical plan but when he asks the digital assistant "Show me my health plan", the answer is "You're not enrolled in any plans."

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ODA Chatbot should return details regarding Benefit Enrollment Plans for employee and his dependents
