Symptoms
In any Oracle cloud hosted environment, where Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):
Expected Result
After using sign in credentials to trigger the MFA a Short Message Service (SMS) text message should be sent to and received by the user with a Passcode allowing them to finish the authentication process and sign in to the application.
Actual Result
The SMS text message is never sent/received.
