ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

I am not able to add Mentor in Mentor ship in Personal Brand. I already have Employee who is a Mentor.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to Add a Mentor
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Skills - Preferences User 1 Accounting Skills added and checked "Willing to be Mentor".
2. User 2 Skills- Add Mentor- no record found.
