Missing Section after Customizing Existing Summary Layout 21B CX Sales Mobile (Doc ID 2778123.1)

Symptoms

In 21B CX Sales Mobile further customizing one existing Summary Layout (any object) can result in one of the sections of the layout to disappear.

Changes

Navigate to Application Composer > Mobile Application Setup > CX Sales Mobile app > any object > Summary Layout > change one existing layout by adding or removing fields for any of the sections below ans save the sandbox.

  1. Aggregate Section
  2. Information Section
  3. 2-Column Section
  4. 1-Column Section

After saving the sandbox, the section below one edited will not be seen any more.
