Reference: Mapping Business Date to GL Reference Field – (As per Advance Release Notification Release 19.2 )
“Mapping Business Date to GL Reference Field Currently for Sales Audit, if a total posts to the General Ledger late, even considering the new system option noted above, the accounting date sent to the General Ledger uses the first day of the open month and visibility to the business date when it should have posted is lost. To allow for the business date visibility in the GL for such cases, an enhancement in this release will post the business date in a reference field (reference field 6) in the General Ledger for all totals, even those that do not post late.”
