Symptoms

STATUS_UPDATE_DATE column in ITEM_LOC table shows incorrect date.
 
Steps To Recreate:

1. Create a new item in UI and add locations.
2. STATUS_UPDATE_DATE is earlier than CREATE_DATETIME.
