ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Taxable Benefits (Private Medical) is not calculated for middle month terminated employee
For a sample employee terminated on 10.06.2021 the annual amount is 1200, and is calculated as expected for each month except for June when the value is 0. Payroll is calculated with effective date 27.06.2021
If payroll is calculated with effective date as termination date the amount is coming as expected 100.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Benefit should have a calculated value using payment date as usually, end of the month and not termination date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate the employee having Taxable Benefits entry at 10.06.2021
2. Calculate Payroll with effective date 27.06.2021
3. Notice that there is no amount for the benefit
