Symptoms
Importing transactions through import management and using CNREC as process code with credited information but transactions are getting imported as New status and not credited.
STEPS
1. Create CSV data file
2. Use Import Management ( Object = Incentive Transaction )
3. Review transaction in Manage Transaction and there's no credited
PROCESS CODE

2. Initiated Import
3. Transaction getting imported as new status but not credited
