Attemtping To Access/Edit Accounts On Admin UI Fails And Results In a Redirect To The Log-In Page (Doc ID 2778546.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access/edit any Account (organization) in Admin UI, the page fails to load and the user is instead redirected back to the Admin's log-in screen.
The Network tab in the browser tools shows the following :

 Site customSite (used in the request header) was recently deleted
